BATTLEAXE WARRIORS AND DIMES is a brother and sisterhood that is multi-cultural and worldwide. It is a closed community of brothers and sisters that value loyalty and respect.

The 7 Traditions

The 7 Traditions are written in such a manner as to ensure the integrity of the group through that of the individual. Our commitment to ourselves and our commitment to our Movement are one and the same and show no distinguishable difference.

Our PRIDE shall be well known. It shall never allow another individual or organization to belittle us, our Movement, or another Member without being addressed, nor shall it ever be so immense that we act foolishly based purely on our pride. In this, it shall never be true that we are weak.
Our LOYALTY shall be unwavering. We shall never turn our back on another Member nor shall we ever speak ill about or otherwise disgrace another Member or our Movement. In this, it shall never be true that we are irresolute.
Our RESPECT shall be universal. Until we are shown without question that another individual or organization is completely without merit, we shall maintain a high level of respect. In this, it shall never be true that we do not deserve our own.
Our HONESTY shall never be circumstantial. Tongues are not for biting and regardless of our audience our statements shall reflect the whole truth of the matter. In this, it shall never be true that we are deceitful.
Our GENEROSITY shall be apparent. Our community extends beyond our Membership and we recognize no borders relating to age, gender, ethnicity, location, wealth, health, skill, knowledge, or social status. We give at every opportunity. In this, it shall never be true that we are greedy.
Our ATTITUDE shall remain positive. We refuse to allow life to happen around us and instead believe that with perseverance and unbending determination our goals become realities and barriers become springboards. In this, it shall never be true that we are pessimists.
Our EFFORT shall be tireless. We recognize a need to be diligent in all of our affairs as individuals and as a unit alike. In this, it shall never be true that we are inactive.

We feel no need to actively enforce The 7 Traditions. They are not part of our Code of Conduct, but stand as virtues expected in each of us. We all possess a self-awareness that more than sufficiently acts as a moral compass.With this, and the unity of our Movement, The 7 Traditions shall remain forever intact.

Official Worldwide Code of Conduct

As Brothers and Warriors the pledge each of us has taken was to ourselves and each other. Our Code of Conduct is the glue that binds us to our morals and will always ring true and just when we are of a clear mind. When we find ourselves searching for the correct words or actions, we know that the guidance of our Code, along with the strength of our Movement, will never fail to point us in a direction conducive to progress. The Battleaxe Warriors Code of Conduct is as follows:

I will treat all BAX Members as equals and show respect to all members.
I will keep a positive attitude and do what I can to grow the family.
I will have pride in myself and in my Family and will conduct myself as such.
I will not act in a manner that can embarrass myself or my family.
I will not wear BAX clothing or represent BAXWAR while engaging in any illegal activities.
I will not judge members by how cool or popular they are, I will judge them on their heart and character.

Never has there been a problem best solved with blatant disregard for our Code of Conduct and we acknowledge the ripple effect of our actions. We ask our Brothers and Warriors and not to sacrifice themselves to the group but to embrace a culture of cooperation among individuals. Not to disregard selfish goals, but to further the goals of others along the way. At our lowest lows we rely on our Movement to lift us back up and at our highest highs we remember to extend our hands to those around us in need. It is in this mindset that we are able to shed unhealthy layers of ego and allow the growth of our members through the growth of our Movement. We have made a conscious decision to commit steadfastly to a lifestyle in which we can all take pride.
